This document is a test for a Total Quality Management course. It contains two parts:
Part A contains 10 short answer questions worth 2 marks each about topics like definitions of quality, the pillars of TQM, costs of failures, PDSA cycle, optimum cost of quality, diseases destroying organizations, Kaizen and Kaiyro, Japanese 5S's, and quality trilogy.
Part B contains 3 long answer questions worth 10 marks each, asking students to define quality and dimensions, list Deming's 14 principles, explain customer perception of quality with examples, or explain possible stumbling blocks to TQM implementation. It also asks about Juran's contributions to quality or providing a vision, mission, and quality policy
