The group needs to visit the retail stores observe, analyze and come with outcomes -

 Objective of the project is to evaluate the current scenario and work the best possible
solution to increase the current space productivity.
 Ways to increase the efficiency of staff so that it results in better sales and increases more of
loyal customers to the store’s data base.
 Check the present prevailing costs and analyze what should be the optimum cost budget the
store should have and further ways to reduce the expenses.
 Competition analysis.
