 Mission Offerings – A mission envelope was sent home today and may be brought back
anytime this week.

 New Students – We welcome the Parde family back to Apostles this week! Matthew and
Tyler will both be starting school today. We’re glad to have you back! 

 Spelling Words – This week is a review unit. The lessons review the spelling patterns
and words from units 7-11. We will not have a pretest! The final test on Friday will
consist of 25 random words from units 7-11.

 Christmas – Information about our Christmas party, gift exchange, and project the
students will be making will be sent home soon. Please watch for this information in
your child’s folder.

 Advent Worship – Each Thursday in December from now until Christmas, Apostles will
have an Advent service at 7:15 p.m. We’d love to have you join us for these services in
preparation to celebrate our Savior’s birth.

 Collaboration Day – This Friday, December 3rd, classes will dismiss at noon due to a
collaboration afternoon for the faculty.

 Midterm – This week marks the halfway point in the 2nd quarter. Your child will be
bringing home a midterm progress report on Friday.

 Piano Recital – This Friday, December 3rd, the piano students will be having a recital at
7:00 p.m. Please come and let them entertain you with their music! Please remind your
child to bring his/her piano piece for the recital to school on Friday so he/she can play it
for the class.

 Christmas Rehearsal – We will have a rehearsal for the Christmas program on Saturday,
December 18th, from 9:00-10:30 a.m. All students are required to be here for the
rehearsal!
 Christmas Program – The Christmas program is Saturday, December 18th at 5:30 and
7:00 p.m.
