 e will comply with our CMS at all times. e will conduct regular PMAAs to verify
compliance and to identify areas for improvement.

 e will participate in START daily ² at least one written observation per day.

 e will develop our THINK plans at the jobsite with careful thought and active participation,
using TSTPs for the operations critical tasks. After Action Reviews will be utilized to
capture improvements which will be integrated into the TSTPs.

 e will utilize FOCUS to track performance improvement initiatives and ensure timely
implementation.

 e will call a ´Time-Out-For-Safetyµ as needed. It is an obligation, not a right.

 e will operate clean and well painted rigs with good housekeeping.

 e will maintain strict marine integrity at all times.

 e will deliver safe and efficient well construction services consistent with client expectations and will
pursue continuous improvement.

 e will spend adequate time to know our people better so that we can train and develop them properly.

 e will review incidents and ensure the lessons learned are embedded to prevent recurrence of these
incidents.

 e will solicit customer feedback using the Service Quality Appraisal (SQA) process at least once per quarter
and address significant issues promptly.

 e will complete all critical maintenance tasks according to plan (even if we have to take zero rate).

 e will only execute projects once detailed plans are in place.

 e will always have an up-to-date, detailed 18-month asset plan with a 5-year lookahead.
