interlocutory and appealable under G.L.c. 231,s.118.

On September 28, 2006 the Guardian Peter Tringali through his Attorney of
Record Kevin P, O’Malley, Esq, filed an Emergency Motion to Order THE
Parties Not TO SPEAK OF OR DISSEMINATE INFORMATION RELATED
TO THIS MATTER. The presiding Justice Judith Nelson Dilday denied said
motion.
On February 16, 2007 the Guardian through his Attorney of Record Kevin P.
Malley, Esq. filed a Motion for RECONSIDERATION OF ORDER DATED
SEPTEMBER 28, 2006 BY JUSTICE JUDITH NELSON DILDAY. Said motion
was allowed.
Now comes Leisha Tringali bio-logical Mother of Zachary Tringali and Prose
litigant whom did not have due process on Motion for RECONSIDERATION OF
ORDER DATED SEPTEMBER 28, 2006 BY JUSTICE JUDITH NELSON
DILDAY whereas no notification had been given nor was a hearing held for
Leisha Tringali to give an opposition to said motion,
