On September 4, 1997 Matthew Tringali motioned the Middlesex Probate and Family

Zachary wos placed in the physical custody of his Father, Matthew Tringali.
On October 22, 1997 Patti Rawlins was assigned as the social worker for this case.
Roberta Rosenfeld, a supervisor of the Malden Department of Social Services, investigated
the case.
‘On October 23, 1997 Patti Rawlins consulted with Maure Doherty. Maura stated that she
made an agreement with Father and Paternal Grandfather (Peter Tringoli that the child
(Zachary ) would not be left in the care of Paternal Grandfather.
On October 31, 1997, the Malden Department of Social Services supported « BIA on the

‘Matthew had made an agreement with DSS social worker Maura Doherty that he would not
leave Zachary alone with Peter Tringali( Zachary's Paternal Grandfather ) because there
vias a history of sexual abuse with family members. Peter Tringali admits that he slept in
the same room with Zachary.
The Melrose police department came to the home to check on the well being of Zachary,
peter Tringal refused to allow the police to check on him. Matthew agreed to meet with the
social worker to discuss the 51A report. Peter forbid the worker to go to the home, in a
very irate manner.
