(On May 12, 1998 the Middlesex Probate and Family Court, ( Cohen, J.) in a Further ‘Temporary Order stated: * The Department shall continue to provide to all counsel for the parties and the child, and the GALL. , copies of all documents and records which relate to the parties and to the child in this action, but not records relating to collaterals without valid release from that person ‘or a specific court order. Such records shall not be copied nor disseminated by counsel.
