Pending an investigation ofthe Department of Social Services, I requested the Middlesex
Probate and Family Court clarify the said decision in layman terms. Judge McSweeny denied
said motion, Making note that the Motion to remove the fiduciary was / is denied,
September 28, 2006 Peter Tringali petitioned the Middlesex Probate and Family Court
( Dilday, J. ) of an Emergency Motion to Order the Parties Not to Speak of or Disseminate
information related to this matter, Judge Dilday denied said motion,
‘On February 16, 2007 Peter Tringali petitioned the Middlesex Probate and Family Court
(Dilday, J.) on an EXPARTE Motion for Reconsideration on his Emergency Motion to Order
‘the Parties Not te Speak of or Disseminate information related to this matter. Judge
Dilday granted said motion. The Middlesex Probate and Family Court failed to notify me of
this ruling,
On April 1, 2008 T had been summoned to the Middlesex Probate and Family Court (
Digangi, J.) on Complaint of Contempt. The complaint was based on the publishing on the
internet court documents, more specifically a copy of my proposed findings of fact and
‘rulings of law. Which said documents states “numerous facts" of the case.
‘Tudge Digangi asked me if I would remove information off the internet. I pleaded the fifth
‘Tudge Digangi called me * cocky * and ordered the information be removed by May 14, 2008
cand a hearing to be held. Judge further ordered that T pay opposing parties attorney fee's
by the next hearing date.
‘On May 14, 2008 I petitioned the Middlesex Probate and Family Court ( Digangi, J.) by
short order notice on Motion to Dismiss based on the following facts:
1. Court failed to notify me of the Motion for Reconsideration on his Emergency
‘Motion to Order the Parties Not to Speak of or Disseminate information related to
this matter dated February 16, 2007
2, Trequested tapes from the hearing of February 16, 2007 Motion for
Reconsideration on his Emergency Motion to Order the Parties Not to Speak of or
Disseminate information related to this matter. There are no tapes as hearing was
done EXPARTE.
I further petitioned the Middlesex Probate and Family Court ( Digangi, J.) to Dismiss the
Complaint of Contempt and Request for Attorney Fee's, I declared that I should not be held
accountable for violating a gag order in which I did not know existed. I asked the court to
review the order in which I was being held accountable for and notice in the left hand
cornor that there was no mail date or clerks initials which was the practice of this court to
show notification,
Tudge Digangi denied said motion. I was taken into custody for failure to pay attorney fee's
‘ond was told T had till the end of the day to pay the money or T would be sent to
Framingham for fifteen days. My husband Charlie paid the $1040.00 by the end of the
business day and I was released.
