GOLDEN RULES FOR

PROJECT
DOCUMENTATION
Group no. 6
Set the target audience for your documentation and
keep it in mind. Try to identify and meet their
requirements, motivation and expectations.
Offer basic information about the project such as:
context, aims, work process, tools, strong and weak
points, evaluation, transfer of knowledge, in an
accesible way.
Show the benefits and reactions at both
students’ and teachers’ level and the way the
collaboration was achieved.
The offered learning objects must be visible and easy
to use in any class environment.
Use the tools that have the best impact and are
the most effective: for example visual materials are
better than long texts. ICT is a tool, not a purpose.
Organize the information on several layers, from
the basic to the complex.
Update the information.
Make sure the visiting teachers and students can
relate to the project, as far as educational needs,
curriculum, school context, relevance etc.
