 SDE (scarce, difficult, easy)
 GOLF (govt., ordinary, local, foreign)
 SOS (seasonal, off-seasonal)
 FSN (fast, slow, non-moving)
VED(vital, essential, desirable items)
applied for spare parts to store for maintenance

• vital -- those part, which can stop plant.

• essential -- not adversely affect production.

•Desirable -- part which not necessary to stock


SDE(scarce, difficult, easy)

•Scarce --not easily available in market

•Difficult --difficult to find in market

•Easy --easy to available


GOLF(govt., open mrkt, local, foreign)

•Govt. -- channelized govt. agency & can’t apply any


inventory technique
•Open mrkt. -- form bulk of suppliers
•Local -- local supplier
•Foreign -- import procedure involve
SOS (seasonal, off-seasonal)

•Seasonal -- buy in season @ low cost

•off-seasonal -- store some for the off-seasonal


FSN (fast, slow, non-moving)

•Fast -- drawn frequently from store

•Slow -- drawn infrequently from store
