1) Alkaline must be recycled. (See GOTS 2.0, chapter 2.4.5.)


2) may be used for no more than 25% of the total sizing combination, i.e. in combination with natural substances only, calculated
without water. (See GOTS 2.0, chapter 2.4.3. 0).
3) The use of quaternary ammonium compounds is allowed only for fixing purposes in the dying process. The exception of the use
may be reviewed in 2 years from adoption of the GOTS 2.0. (See GOTS 2.0, chapter 2.3.1.)
4) Exceptionally, up to 5% Copper (Cu) may be present in blue, green and turquoise colorants. This exception for the use of Cu may
be reviewed in 2 years from adoption of the GOTS 2.0. (See GOTS 2.0, chapter 2.3.1.).
5) The use of this product is exceptionally only permitted in order to avoid a loss in dyeing quality and diversity. Use of less harmful
alternative products is to be preferred. (See GOTS 2.0, chapter 2.3.2.).
6) This product contains ingredients which may cause sensitisation by inhalation (R42) or may cause sensitisation by skin contact
(R43). This means it may lead to allergies. If the chemical product can be expected to remain on the textile product, the information
about this product should be passed on to the buyer (brand or retailer) of the textile product.
7) This product contains no ingredients produced using genetically modified organisms (GMO). (See GOTS 2.0, chapter 2.3.1.).
8) The use of this product is restricted to textile companies that have/ are connected to a functioning treatment of the sewage-sludge
in addition to the obligatory disposal (See GOTS 2.0, chapter 2.4.10.).
9) May only be used, when it is legally required to use chemical finish to achieve flame-retardancy. Please consult your certifier.
10) This reactive dyestuff does contain halogens; however, the resulting AOX is not usually “permanent”. In case your dyeing process
does not guarantee the complete reaction of the halogenated anchors, this may lead to AOX-residues exceeding the concentration
limit of 0.5 mg/kg in the textile (see GOTS 2.0, chapters 2.3.1 and 2.4.15). In order to avoid excessive AOX-residues originating from
this dyestuff, please contact your dyestuff-supplier regarding suitable dyeing processes, and if in doubt, carry out your own testing.
11) This product contains small amounts of either formaldehyde or other short chain aldehydes, which may lead to the exceedance of

the concentration limit of 16ppm/ 20ppm in the textiles (see GOTS 2.0, chapters 2.3.1 and 2.4.15). In order to avoid
formaldehyde-residues originating from this product, please stick to the relevant recommendations given in the technical information
by your suppliers or contact them in case of uncertainties, and if in doubt, carry out your own testing.

This list contains only those chemical products, for which "Clariant Products Ltd." has applied for approval according to the
Global Organic Textile Standard (Version 2.0) and which have passed the assessment of IMO according to the requirements
of GOTS Version 2.0. The assessment has been based on the current version of the material safety data sheets (MSDSs) and
further product documentation provided by the supplier.
"Clariant Products Ltd." remains responsible for compliance with the GOTS-criteria, for the correctness and completeness
of the data as well as for providing relevant updates and information that became available after approval. IMO cannot be
hold liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of these chemical products, including the failure to meet any limit
values.
This list replaces all previous versions. It is valid until it is recalled or until a new list is issued, the latest, however, until a
new version of the GOTS standard has entered into force.
