First and foremost, I am expressing my thankfulness and praise to Allah for His guidance
and blessings throughout my entire industrial training. I would also like to sincerely thank
PBU and PFKSB for giving me this wonderful opportunity to undergo internship training
in their organizations.

My appreciation and gratitude is extended to Business Development analyst, Mr. Azrul

Roshazli, Mr. Mohd Arif Reza and Mrs. Mastura for their for their guidance, generosity
to share their tremendous knowledge, for giving continuous and unlimited motivation
from the starting of the internship until the end of the program. My next gratitude will to
the all of the staffs Petrochemical Business Unit (PBU) for their willing to accept me into
their family.

Then, I would like to express my gratitude to En Ismail, En Halim, all Urea Operation
Shift Supervisor, all Urea Operation operators and all Operation Department personnel
for their help, support and advices during my time at PFKSB. I would also like to show
my gratitude towards all of the PFKSB staffs for their kindness.

My appreciation would be incomplete without giving credit to UTP, especially Chemical

Engineering Department who has equipped me with essential skills for self-learning. Its
well-grounded graduate philosophy has proven to be useful in the industry.

Not forgetting, a very great thankful to my UTP Supervisor, Associate Professor Dr

Murugesan Thanabalan for his supervision and fair assessment.

Last but not least, I would thank all of my colleagues from UTP and other universities
who have undergo the training together for their comforting supports.
