Medi Assist India TPA Pvt. Ltd. Is the leading Third Party Administrator In
India which deals with the Medi Claim settlement of various leading
Insurance companies, Like Reliance General Insurance co. Ltd , New India
Assurance co, oriental insurance co., and so on.

Statement of the Problem:-

Increasing complaints of the customers for not getting claim status of the
claim and updated status of their claims on time. Customers are not getting
correspondence made by the company on time like letters, cheques etc.
perhaps company has made many changes in the system.
