MEMORANDUM ON BLACK DAY

To,
December 6th 2010
Sri MANMOHAN SINGHJI
Honorable Prime Minister of India
NEW DELHI

// through the District Collector, Nizamabad //

Sir,
Sub:- BLACK DAY - Babri Masjid demolition – Appeal to
rebuild the Babri Masjid at the same place where it was
and to take stern punitive action against the offenders
who demolished legal historical structure of Babri Masjid –
Regarding.

The Muslim Personal Law Committee Nizamabad District is

very much shocked and disappointed by the judgment of the
Special Bench and the Union Government is constitutionally
bound to take urgent necessary legal action for the restoration
of the Babri Masjid and thus to close the door opened by the
judgment for the takeover of hundreds of Masjids & Dargahs all
over the country.

This Committee strongly protest over dastardly demolition

of the legally raised ancient and historical structure of the
Babri Masjid and this Committee welcomes the statement of
the Union Home Minister who had reiterated stern punitive
action against the conspirators as well as those who were
practically involved in demolition of the Babri Masjid.

This Committee understands that inaction on the part of

the Union Government to put the offenders involved in
demotion behind the bars has created apprehensions that
Constitutional obligations are not being implemented while
handling the Babri Masjid demolition case.

On this 18th anniversary of the Demolition of Babri Masjid,

this Committee demands the Unions Government to rebuild the
Babri Masjid at the same place where it was, in the interest of
