Dear Maam/Sir,

I am glad to inform you that Cor Jesu College of Digos had

included isolated subject in the Curriculum of Information Technology
Department. This subject aims exposure of the students to highly
equipped companies in networking which are merely situated at the
Metropolitan.

This Educational Field Trip was being adjudged by the head of the
Department that each Information Technology students who are in their
third year are required to participate to the said event.

As an Information technology student, third year, I am required to join

the said activity.

In this connection, I would like to ask for some financial support that
may cater the whole event. These include transportation, food allowance
and registration.

I am looking forward for a generous heart that you will impart. I am

hoping that you will be part of my success as I go on through the miles
of the journey I am taking.
