Katherine B. Ross Scholarship

Dear Applicant:

The purpose of the nonrenewable scholarship is to assist college and graduate students
pursuing a degree in education and to promote Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. scholarship
principles.

The scholarship targets under-represented minority students (African-Americans, Latinos, and

Native Americans) who are residents of New Castle County, Delaware or students
matriculating at a Delaware college or university.

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college or university granting a four-year degree or

post-graduate degree. The recipients must provide proof of enrollment before funds will be
dispensed.

Accompanying this letter is the scholarship application. All applications must be postmarked
by January 31, 2011, and mailed to the following address:
