Purpose/Summary:

  Responsible for executing and controlling data, orders at facility .


 Support in leading blue collars in daily operation.
  Maintain good relationship with customer
Key Responsibilities:
 
       1.     Customer relation:
 
-          Maintain good relationship with customer.
-          Attend customer’s request on time.
-          Deliver as per agreed SOP with customer.
-          Familiarize customer with agreed guidelines and SOP.
-          Keep customers fully updated on the cargo information.
 
2. Warehouse operations:
-          100% accuracy in documentation
-          Execute orders as request of customers
-          Smoothen the in/outbound procedure
-          Apply good practice to documentation team
-          Fully Acknowledge and Train documentation team on SOP and customer relations.
-          On-time report to management level.
-       Support leading blue collars
 
2. Billing handling:
-          Billing accuracy
-          Coordinate with all related parties for billing process
 
2. System super-user:
-          System accuracy
-          Proactive approach related parties on system familiarization and training
-          Proactive and on-time attend system issues
  
 
Position Specification:
 
 Education: College degree. Prefer on finance/accounting/information field
 Foreign language: B level in English 
 Warehouse Exeperience is prefered (not required)
  
Technical Skills:
 Can use MS software: Word, Excel, Out look. Knowledge on programming is an advantage
