Attempt Kidnapping

On Saturday 12/4 at 1920 hours, the adult female


victim boarded a Metrobus at southbound Veirs Mill
Road and Connecticut Avenue. The suspect, strongly
resembling the pictured composite, was at the bus stop
and followed the victim onto the bus. The victim exited
the bus at Veirs Mill and Claridge and the suspect
followed the victim off the bus. When the victim
reached the entrance to the park on Claridge Road, the
suspect grabbed her around the neck and instructed
her not to talk. The suspect told the victim he was
going to kill her. The suspect dragged the victim
towards the woods. An unidentified witness (young
6/M) interrupted the assault and the suspect ran into
Claridge Park.
