- Students practice on how to use present continuous negative and question forms.

Time Comments
- Greetings, Calling the row, etc.
Introduction 20 min - Class objectives.
- The teacher makes a brief review on there is/are

Core of the class 15 min - The teacher shows students images in which they

- The teacher concludes the activity playing the audio

While-stage 20 min - The teacher explains grammar focus on present

and a handout on present continuous.

holding” again. Students should guess what the
teacher is holding, making use of the present
continuous.
- The teacher points at parts of the body using
present continuous, students should answer using
present continuous.

Closing 10 min - Quick review on present continuous (neg and

questions) and oral examples. The teacher performs
an action and the students should guess the action
being performed using neg and question forms.
