In this email I am including my progress report for Unit 4 Individual project. I will be
discussing how my project is going, where I should be, what difficulties I have been having.
Overall my project is going well. I am very happy with my choice of creating a blog for
my project. I think it was a good choice, and I am very excited to see what I can do. I think with
my computer skills, along with my visual skills, I can bring this project together well. I really
enjoy hunting so this project seemed to work best for me. Since this project is going new and
interesting I expect the best from myself, and know I will put a lot into this assignment.
Although I have been working hard on this project thus far, I am not quite where I would
like to be. According to my timeline that I have created for this project, I am a little behind. I was
hoping to be finishing the blog by the end of this week, but it looks like it might carry into next
week. I have a good start, and a good direction in which I am moving. Examples for where I
I would like to have most of these completed, but the website is a little harder to navigate
through than I had anticipated. At the moment I only have 1-3 done, and would really like to
almost be done through step 5. I know it’s a new process; I am going to continue to try to get it
was signing in to the blogging website. I needed to add a lot of personal information. I also had
trouble answering some of the questions. Then I need to receive a confirmation email from the
company to allow me to access the website. This all took more time than I had expected. Once I
finally was able to start my blog, I started off with the background. I had trouble with this,
because the blogging website does not have many templates to choose from. Also templates that
could be uploaded had to be a certain size. Next I started adding some information to my blog. I
wanted to get a feel for adding information, and what it will look like. The most difficult part
about this was trying to get colors to match the background. I want my readers to be able to see
the information says and not guess. This is as far as I have gotten, so these are a few of the
