DM Tank

1) Readiness of NAOH Breather &Seal Pot foundation.

2) Alignment & Grouting for NAOH Breather & Seal Pot.
3) NAOH Breather & Seal pot drain valve, wire mesh on vent & Air inlet line fixing.
4) NAOH & Seal pot inlet stub blanking with proper fasteners.
5) NAOH Breather & Seal pot inside cleaning & inspection, box up with proper fasteners.
6) Floating Board verticality to be maintained with fasteners. Board not cleaned.
7) Fixing of missed Floating Board scale point numbers.
8) String fixing on Float Board.(L1,L2,L3)
9) Tank drain isolation valve handle is missing.
10) Fixing/Painting Tank Name plate.
11) Proper clamps want to be provided on Tank overflow & vent line supports.
12) Tank over flow line 15 NB half coupling stub for Anti siphon is missing.

CS Tank

1) Readiness of NAOH Breather &Seal Pot foundation.

2) NAOH Breather & Seal Pot alignment & grouting. Piping work is incomplete.
3) NAOH Breather & Seal pot drain valve, wire mesh on vent & Air inlet line fixing.
4) NAOH Breather &Seal pot drain valve erection.
5) Seal pot &NAOH inlet stub blanking with proper fasteners.
6) NAOH Breather &Seal pot inside cleaning &inspection, box up with proper fasteners.
7) Fixing of Support Clit, Floating Board & string arrangement L1, L2, L3.
8) Fixing/Painting Tank Name plate.
9) Proper clamps want to be provided on Tank overflow & vent line supports.
10) Tank over flow line 15 NB half coupling stub for Anti siphon is missing.
11) Touch up paint is required some of places.
12) Proper fasteners want to be provided on all nozzles prior to box up.
