TATA-HOUSING AND BENGAL UNITECH IN KOLKATA.

PROJECT OF DLF IN KOLKATA.

 THE STUDY WAS DIVIDED INTO A SPLIT OF DATA COLLECTION


AT FIELD, DATA COMPILATION AND PREPARATION OF
REPORTS.

 DESIGN:

 MAINLY THE PRIMARY DATA WAS EXAMINED TO GAIN SIGHT


INTO THE PROBLEM OF THE PROJECT. BY ANALYSING THE
PRIMARY DATA, THE LOOPHOLES OF THE PRESENT PLANS
AND SCENARIO WAS FOUND. FURTHER ANALYSIS POINTED
OUT THE AREAS IN NEED OF IMPROVEMENT.
METHODOLOGY

 A STRUCTURED SET OF QUESTIONNAIRE WAS


PREPARED AS IT WAS LESS TIME CONSUMING AND
PROVIDES SPECIFIC AND POINT INFORMATION WHICH
IS EASY TO ANALYSE. QUESTIONNAIRE CONSISTED OF
BOTH OPEN AND CLOSE ENDED QUESTIONS. EVERY
EXISTING AND PROSPECT CUSTOMERS WERE
INTERVIEWED FOR COLLECTING THE PRIMARY DATA.

 ALL THE CUSTOMERS WITH DIFFERENT PROFESSION


WERE INTERVIEWED AS THEY ARE THE MAIN SOURCE
FOR COLLECTION OF PRIMARY DATA.

ALSO.
 THE BROKERS WERE NOT READY TO PROMOTE DLF FLATS
DUE TO SLOW OR NON-REPAYMENT OF BROKERAGE
AMOUNT.
 PROSPECTS ARE MORE INTERESTED IN PROJECTS OF TATA
AND UNITECH AS THEY ARE GETTING FLATS AS PER THEIR
PREFERRENCE.
 PEOPLE ARE LESS AWARE REGARDING THIS RESIDENTIAL
PROJECT.
 CUSTOMERS DEMAND SOME MORE PROJECTS FROM DLF AS
THIS IS THEIR ONLY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT IN KOLKATA.
