This Acknowledgment and Receipt of Winter Sports School Policies & Procedures
Manual of Mountain High Resort Associates, LLC (Mountain High) is being
distributed to you along with your copy of the Mountain High Winter Sports School
(WSS) Policies & Procedures Manual (Manual).

This WSS Manual (Rev. 12/10/10) supersedes all previous WSS Manuals. It
summarizes the policies and procedures in effect at the time of publication. It
supersedes all previously issued Manuals and any policy or benefit statements or
memoranda that are inconsistent with the policies described here.

The guidelines in this Manual may be revised, or amended at any time. Any deviation
from the enclosed procedures and policies is to be dictated by the circumstances
of each unique situation and by the policies, procedures and protocol of the resort.

Your WSS Director will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Once you have received the WSS Manual, please complete the Acknowledgment
portion below and return this form to the Director of WSS.

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have reviewed and understand

the information listed in the Mountain High Resort Winter Sports School
Policies & Procedures Manual (Rev. 12/10/10) and that I agree to abide by those
policies and procedures and any forthcoming revisions. I further understand
and acknowledge that the WSS Manual is not an employment contract, that the
policies and procedures contained therein are subject to change without notice,
and that Mountain High’s interpretation of any and all ambiguous terms is final
and binding.
