PROJECT TOPIC: SALES FORECASTING

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY:

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

To study the annual sales forecasting of ultratech concrete ready mix in Mysore dist, of
Karnataka.

SECONDARY OBJECTIVE:

1. To find out the enhanced cash flow of the plant .


2. To knowing when and how much to buy.
3. To know the in-depth knowledge of customers and the products they order.
4. To plan for production and capacity.
5. To identify the pattern or trend of sales.
6. To determine the value of a business above the value of its current assets.
To determine the expected return on investment (This can be very helpful if the company is trying to
obtain financing from investors or other lending institutions)

 To increase revenue
 To increase customer retention
 To decrease costs
 To increase efficiency
