    SYNOPSIS

    The aim of the project is to prepare the plan, design and


    estimation of the “COLLEGE BUILDING”. It is located in
    Sriperumbudur.

    This site has good drinking water and proper drainage


    facilitates are located at Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram -602 105.
    The bus stop is nearer to site within a walk-able distance. The design
    of the building is a framed structure with COLLEGE building. The
    plinth area of the building is 1400 Sq. m (15070 Sq. ft).

    The foundation of the building is spread footing. The footing,


    grade beam, lintel and roof slab are prepared by Limit state method
    as per IS CODE 456:2000. Finally, the detailed and abstract
    estimate are prepared with respect to public work department
    [PWD] scheduled of rates.
