EMPLOYEE CHECKLIST FOR SUBMISSION OF RELOCATION ASSISTANCE CLAIM

 Relocation Form

 Original Relocation Offer Letter – Given along with Offer Letter (Wherein Limits for claiming reimbursements are mentioned)

 Amount Claimed should not Exceeding Eligible Amount as per Relocation Offer Letter.

 For Travel Bills, the Following Documents needs to be submitted without fail for claiming reimbursements

• Air Travel : Original Tickets & Boarding Passes

• Train Travel : Original Tickets

• Bus Travel : Original Tickets

 Packing & Moving Expenses - Original Invoice, Payment Receipt & Consignment Note/Copy.

 House Brokerage - Original Receipt from the agent with complete address & contact details.

 Rental Agreement copy is mandatory in case the brokerage amount is equal to or greater than Rs. 10,000/-).

 Transportation of vehicle - Copy of RC and copy of registration fee paid for Personal Car / 2 Wheeler Transfer (with Local Taxes &
Levies if any)
