Original Relocation Offer Letter – Given along with Offer Letter (Wherein Limits for claiming reimbursements are mentioned)
Amount Claimed should not Exceeding Eligible Amount as per Relocation Offer Letter.
For Travel Bills, the Following Documents needs to be submitted without fail for claiming reimbursements
Packing & Moving Expenses - Original Invoice, Payment Receipt & Consignment Note/Copy.
House Brokerage - Original Receipt from the agent with complete address & contact details.
Rental Agreement copy is mandatory in case the brokerage amount is equal to or greater than Rs. 10,000/-).
Transportation of vehicle - Copy of RC and copy of registration fee paid for Personal Car / 2 Wheeler Transfer (with Local Taxes &
Levies if any)
