PROPOSAL ACTIVITY PLAN

1. INTRODUCTION:

THIS DOCUMENT DESCRIBES HOW TO PROCEED FOR A PROPOSAL ACTIVITY IN TARGETED

SCHEDULE. STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE TO MINIMISE THE WORK LOAD AND TO GET WORK FLOW
TO BE SMOOTH, THE DIRECTIONS GIVEN IN THIS DOCUMENT MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR ACTUAL
ACTION PLAN.

2. PROPOSAL STUDY:

Proposal as its name says, it’s a proposed or estimated volume of work for a project. The
information given by the client at this stage may not fulfill the requirements of a bidder
to bid on perfect work volume basis, but safety margins will be take care by the bidding
company to reach the maximum safe limits. The following documents required as
minimum for a proposal study for piping department activities.
