Evaluation

Irma Guarin is a person full of inspiration and positive outlook to the world.
Even she was abandoned by her own family she never hate them. Instead
she let herself be in CCMH even she has less symptoms than other who are
having mental disorder. She never thought that she is different from other
patient rather she continue to socialize with them. Her delusions disappear
that help her to continue live normal. She even follow what nurses told her
about continuing taking the medication.

Recomendation

•Allow the client to have amount of time to stay outside the hospital
setting that may help her to decrease frustration.

•See the client not at her worst condition but as she gets better and the
symptoms are less.
