    List of Registered Agents

    Registered agents have the ability to create Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) on behalf of owners of solar water heaters (SWHs), including heat pump water heaters,
    and small generation units (SGUs). This list contains details of registered agents who have agreed to make their information publicly available. Inclusion in this list is based
    on whether an agent has elected to be included, not on any particular recommendation or endorsement from the ORER. The information provided in this list is based on
    input from agents and may change from time to time without the knowledge of the ORER.

    The ORER does not set REC prices. REC prices are market-based; they are determined by buyers and sellers of RECs. Price and payment date should be key
    considerations when negotiating the sale of your RECs or your right to create RECs. The ORER recommends contacting a range of agents before entering into any
    contractual agreement. If you experience a delay in receiving payment for your RECs or your right to create RECs please contact the person you have agreed to sell them
    to. The ORER has no power to intervene in the commercial arrangements between buyers and sellers of RECs.
