    This is in response to your September 19 2007 , Freedom of Information Act

    J have reviewed the denied information at the appe llate level and I have
    determined that the enclosed transcript of the Apri l 18, 2006, briefin g given by former
    Secretary of Defense Donald R. R umsfeld and former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of
    Staff General Peter Pace to a group of military analysts may now be released in its
