World Geography: US Map Exercise

Directions: You are to label and mark on the map of the US the locations, rivers, body of
waters, Capitals, and other geographic features below. You are to also color the map with
the color pencils that you are to have for this class. Each state is also marked with a
number. On the other sheet that goes with the assignment you are to name the State that
corresponds with the number and its Capital. Any body of water is to be in the color
BLUE (this includes rivers, oceans, lakes, ect.). Landmasses are to be in a EARTH color
(brown, tan, orange, ect)
