Simlong, Batangas City on Monday, December 20, 2010. I
understand that this event will take place away from the
school grounds and that he/she will abide by the rules
and regulations that maybe imposed by the Faculty-In-
Charge for his/her welfare and safety. Further, I will not
hold liable the University for any untoward incident that
may happen during the course of the trip.
