BC4.5 Requirements for a business plan
Business plans must: i. be no more than 3 months old on the date the application is made; and ii. include satisfactory evidence that the principal applicant has access to sufficient capital to finance their business proposal; and iii. include realistic financial forecasts; and iv. include evidence to satisfy a business immigration specialist that the principal applicant has business experience that is relevant to their business proposal; and v. demonstrate to the satisfaction of a business immigration specialist the principal applicant’s knowledge about the proposed business and the New Zealand business environment; and vi. include information about how the proposed business will benefit New Zealand; and vii. include sufficient supporting documentation (including the documentation listed from section C of the business plan form onwards).
