Login to TRX with STREAMSADMIN credentials.

Check the heartbeat of the streams.

Select * from glbtrx.heartbeat.

Query the gv$buffered_queues, check out if there is any spill in the messages.

Follow the below steps if there is any spill in messages.

 Show parameter streams_pool_size ( this should not exceed 10% of shared pool)
 Check for the capture state from v$streams_capture.
 Query information from streams_pool_advice.
