    A grain size analysis was performed on a 100.19g sample from the Jal Az-zor Coast in Syria. The sample was sieved using screens with mesh sizes ranging from 4mm to 0.063mm. Most of the sample by weight (67.88%) was between 0.25-0.125mm in size (fine sand). In total, 98.14g of the sample was accounted for in the analysis.
