    Subject: Focusing some facts against Honourable Chief Justice of Andra Pardesh High Court
    Mr. Nisar Ahmad Kakroo.

    Sir,

    The Son of the said Honourable Judge has taken/purchased from one family namely Ghulam
    Mohd. Rather and Ab. Rashid Dar five kanals of land/five bigas of land on the
    promise that his father will become Chief Justice of the Honourable High Court
    Srinagar/Jammu so that he may appoint two sons of the family as Govt. employees.
    The son of the said Judge has not paid full amount of the purchased land. The incident
    happened in the year 2009. But the family is waiting and no kind of appointment
    orders issued in favor of the sons of the family. The land is situated at Kanispora
    Baramulla.
    It is requested on behalf of the commette to enquire against the said Honourable Judge
    as a family is poor and no kind of source of income is to the family.
