Purpose of this form
This form is for you to notify us of any periods during which you intend to be
unavailable for assignments because you will be taking annual leave under
‘Adecco’s Paid Annual Leave scheme.
Notice Required
Adecco requite a minimum of one week’s notice of intention to take Paid
Annual Leave, this allows time for us to make arrangements to provide our
clients with cover during your absence.
