DHF Metal Lining (DML)

Introduction
DHF has successfully developed inner coated bimetal pipes and tubes, DML (DHF Metal Lining)
Pipes & Tubes, designed and used for transporting fine solid and hard powder under pneumatic systems
or in a slurry form. Under conditions where hard solid particles are colliding with the inner walls of
pipes at high speed, the inner surfaces of the pipes and tubes are worn out very rapidly due to abrasion.
Extremely high abrasion resistance is a necessity in a dry transporting system, while in a wet
transporting system, both abrasion and corrosion resistance are vital. To meet this need, DHF has taken
advantage of its expertise both in pipe bending and thermal spraying and fusing technologies,
producing products of exceptional quality and reliability.

Proven Technology
1. Alloy layer thickness easily adjusted to accommodate application requirements (up to 3mm).
2. Virtually no loss of hardness of alloy layer in hot environments.
3. Competitive price compared with conventional ceramics-laminated pipes & tubes.
4. Bent pipes & tubes also available by bending with high frequency induction heating.
5. Greater range of length and "bending R" compared with ceramics-laminated pipes & tubes.
