Applicants must have 7-8 years relevant experience with 5 year experience in managerial /
leadership role in FMCG food business masters degree in related field and aged below 35 years

Job Description:

 Formulate and execute Sales Plans aligned with Marketing Plans


 Conduct regular market visits to guide and coach the Sales Team
 Maintain effective working relationship with distributors and periodically evaluate their
performance intervening proactively wherever improvements are required
 Ensure availability and visibility of each SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) at all existing and
potential retail outlets
 Identify areas for expansion wherever possible and feasible
 Develop and execute Sales strategies to ensure that agreed targets are achieved and
exceeded
