    1. Payment of KRA linked Incentive ( KLI ) is subject to completion of Annual Appraisals

    adjusted as per annual appraisal.

    2. Special Allowance and Personal Pay are subject to adjustments within the salary structure
    based on changes in structure of allowances, if any.
