2010 Sinulog Winners

With an estimate of 8 million spectators, tourists and people, Sinulog 2010 has
finally been written in history. The organizers and Cebu City would like to thank
all of the participants who gave their best, may it be rain or shine. Thank you for
making Sinulog 2010 – 30th anniversary of the Sinulog Festival the biggest
