1 quart cold water
Add ¼ cup Hearty Bean Seasoning (#1670), simmer until soft.
Then add 1 med. Red onion and one green pepper chopped. Set
aside.
Put the following into a pan and bring to a boil:
1⅓ cup vinegar
⅔ cup Canola Oil (#5942)
1½ cup sugar
Mix into the beans and veggies and let sit for 24 hours. Use
canned beans for a quicker version.
