On Semi Project Quotation: e-Gate Interfaces Project

e-Gate Project Description:

Construct or build the interfaces program using JAVA language by the given
specification on input and output format.

This interfaces program should be able to integrate into the existing e-Gate
platform. The Dashboard application will be used to configure the interfaces. Meanwhile,
the interfaces should be able to use/call the system repository and On Semi library
objects.

Project Scope:

Construct the Interfaces object based on the given specification, implementation

and testing. Test Cases will be provided.

Thing That Not Include:

Interface documentation and maintenance. All changes that’s not in the given
specification will need extra charges.

Notes:

On Semi should provide all the necessary test data during interfaces testing.

Project Costing:

- 3 persons will involve in the project. 2 as programmer and 1 as implementer cum

tester.
- (3 hours X 5 days(Weekdays)) + (6 hours X 2 days(Weekend) ) = 27 hours
per week per person.
- Total hour per month = 27 X 4
= 108 hours per month per person.
- Cost per hour = RM 40.00.
- Total cost per person per month = 108 hours X RM 40 = RM 4,320.00
- Estimate total Interfaces build per week per person = 7 Interfaces.
- So, total cost for 3 persons on 3 months period with 168 Interfaces build are =
RM 4,320.00 X 3 persons X 3 months = RM38,880.00
- Transportation cost for 3 persons on 3 months are = RM200.00

- Total Project Cost = RM38,880.00 + RM200.00 = RM39,080.00
