theARCproject is only a small investment in building a better future for Wales.

The costs associated with ignoring the problems of peak oil, climate change and
environmental damage are much greater. The effect these issues will have on the future of
Wales makes this community interest company both viable and ethical - a moral approach to
mitigating the impacts of energy descent.
