COUNT 1

On or about July 24, 2010, in the State and District of Colorado, the defendant,

JESSIE ARISPE,

did knowingly and willfully deposit for conveyance in the mail, a letter and writing,

containing a threat to the life of, and to inflict bodily harm on, the President of the United

States, Barrack H. Obama.

All in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 871(a).
