Dear Mr. Steen:

Please accept this letter as one in opposition to the issuance of a permit to Airport Cabaret, LLC
at 1500 Airport Freeway in Fort Worth, Texas.

National research indicates that an increase in the number of alcohol outlets increases the number
of fatal and injury producing automotive accidents. The threat of inebriated patrons driving
under the influence due to the sale of alcohol at this location will increase the danger to persons
commuting to or in the vicinity ofDFW International Airport and the headquarters of American
Airlines. Both of these organizations are vital to the economy of Fort Worth. In addition, the
area surrounding Airport Cabaret will be subject to increased criminal activity including, but not
limited to driving while intoxicated and public intoxication as well as various other offenses
involving drugs, gambling, prostitution, firearms and engaging in organized criminal activity.

Denying the request for a liquor license to Airport Cabaret, LLC is a step in the right direction in
helping to prevent these problems before they occur near locations where thousands upon
thousands of citizens and visitors travel day and night in and out of the airport area.

Thank: you in advance for your consideration of this important request.
