Description
This report lists agents’ sales (in terms of number of tickets sold) on each
fare basis in the reporting/remittance period.

Agents are sorted by IATA numeric code.

Frequency of Report Production

Every BSP reporting/remittance period.

Report Definition
AIRLINE CODE 3-digit Airline code
AIRLINE NAME Name of Airline
UP TO PERIOD Last date of applicable BSP reporting period
DATE Date of report generation
PAGE Page number
AGENT NAME Name of Agent
AGENT CODE  Agent’s IATA code
 If Agent has other ticketing branch locations,
the count will be grouped under the Head
Office’s IATA code
MAJOR/OTHER Categorization of fare basis code.
 Fare codes beginning with ‘F/P’, ‘C/J’, ‘Y’ will be
categorized under the header ‘MAJOR’
 Any other fare codes will be categorized under
the header ‘OTHER’
FARE BASIS  Fare basis code of the 1st sector in ticket
 Will not consider whether 1st sector is transit or
stopover
COUNT Number of tickets the specific agent had sold for
Airline AAA on the associated fare basis code
