    (E&I Division) which undertakes large scale projects including Procurement of
    Instruments, Equipment and Erection materials, Construction, Testing / Calibration and
    Commissioning of projects in the field of Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers,
    Chemicals, Polyesters, Power and related sectors. Since its inception in 1976, this
    division has completed more than 350 assignments to its credit and is a major player in
    Instrumentation & Electrical Installation works. Engineering & Designs Tecnimont ICB
    Private Limited (EDTICB) is a fully owned subsidiary of TICB to undertake the basic
    and / or Detail Engineering assignments. TICB is ISO 9001 - 2008 certified and its
    quality policies and procedures are essentially those of the parent company, locally
    implemented. TICB has also been successfully audited and has been awarded ISO
    14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 certification covering all aspects of the applicable
    ISO and OHSAS standards under Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management
