    110101-1941-01 Simple possession of marijuana at 13200 BLK of Alston-Forest Dr.


    Officer conducted a traffic stop near this location and could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle and the
    occupants. After a K-9 search was done the officer was able to charge the driver with possession of marijuana.
    The driver also was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The driver admitted to buying beer
    for a fourteen year old female. Driver was twenty one. Female’s parents were notified and responded to pick up
    their daughter.

    Manager wanted a Mickey Bennett banned from the business. He was intoxicated and causing a disturbance in
    and out of the establishment. Manager advised that Mickey Bennett would not pay his whole tab and started to
    cause a disturbance. Manager gave Mickey Bennett his money back and banned him. Mickey walked home
    since he lived around the corner.
