A Narrative Report

The CTE Bulletin, with its newly selected writers, was able to get their pace and follow
the activities launched by the college and its own projected works.
In compliance to the rule that all clubs, groups and organizations be reorganize or
restructure, the CTE Bulletin initiated the first and final screening in two consecutive days on
July 16 to 17. The outgoing editors and the advisers of the CTE Bulletin spearheaded the said
activity. The lists of selected aspirants were posted in the bulletin board right after the
screening.
In the first week of August, the mass induction program took place. All selected officers
form different clubs and organizations flocked together to pledge and state their oath to into
office. The CTE Bulletin staff participated the said event.
August 13, the first gathering of the group took place. A simple orientation about their
duties was the highlight of the said gathering. The know-your-teammate chat cropped up.
Afterwards, the first formal meeting of the group was on August 24. The adviser and the
EIC gave tasks and stories to cover on the first semester. Also, the group actively participated
in the activities of Buwan ng WIka and in the college intramurals.
Afterwards, the college media men attended a regional workshop on jouranlism and First
Gawad Bukanegan contest in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. Five chosen writers of the CTE
Bulletin managed to get awards- two first place, two second place and one third place. It was
a show-off of skills of young talents of CTE.
The projected activities of the group are partially followed due to time and schedule.
However, any untouched and unfulfilled plan will be carried out in the next semester.
As of now, the CTE Bulletin is under the process of collecting facts and covering stories.
The projected time of layouting and finalization of the paper is on the third and fourth week
of October ready for the distribution on the upcoming semester. Press works and editing are
currently in progress.
